“Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.” -John Muir
Andrew Stadler is a student currently enrolled at Pima Community College in pursuit of a Bachelor of Fine Arts concentrating in graphic design. He has resided in Tucson, Arizona since he was a child.
At a young age he was fascinated with the wave of technology sprung on his generation. He dove into using Adobe Photoshop for personal creative projects and practiced making websites. As the decision to go to college loomed, Drew decided to tackle culinary arts for his focus. His mother is a seasoned cook from Mexico and he wanted to pay homage to her and famous chefs like Anthony Bourdain by learning the craft.
After an extensive career cooking, it was the Covid-19 pandemic that made Andrew realize he wanted to make some changes. He tackled sobriety, eventually decided to go back to school, and forged a new path to unleash his creative side. His desert phoenix insignia is symbol of that renewed energy and focus.
Graphically speaking, Drew loves to use his creativity in a multitude of ways. He enjoys different platforms and design types including poster design, logo design, package design, etc. He is proficient at using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, but not limited to.
Outside of his designing journey, Drew is passionate about art, cooking, heavy metal, professional wrestling, sports (football, baseball, and hockey mostly), JRR Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings saga and much, much more. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Celina, daughter Clementine, and bulldog Ripley aka Rippopotamus.
